A monthly group training programme designed to achieve long term and sustainable results in a fun and friendly environment.
Project:Fit is for clients that enjoys training in a group training environment and that want to see RESULTS. With a fully flexible timetable, the classes are always fun and energetic. We hold sessions from 6am through till 9pm Monday through till Saturday . As well as the training, your receive food plans, nutrition guides and the support from fully committed coaches.
